I called Thursday late afternoon and by Friday at 1 PM Zack and Tyler came to do the work. They were very professional on time and cleaned up very well after the job was performed. They also texted me to let me know that they were on route which I found very convenientI couldn’t be more happy with this company. Definitely will use again in the future.
Zack and Tyler were great. Company should add service performed to listing below: “Smoke/CO device troubleshooting and replacement.”

I am so glad after interviewing and getting quotes from 3 companies that I choose Cape Air Conditioning! They were prompt, professional, lots of texts to remind you and you who would be arriving at your door. They installers stayed late to get the job done. They wear booties and have drop cloths and clean up after they leave. I would highly recommend them!
After 2 unsuccessful tries with other contractors who wanted $3000 to replace all of our attic HVAC ducts instead of just reconnecting two duct disconnections caused by winter raccoons, Cape's repair guy Mike did just what I'd been asking--climb into the attic and reconnect the ducts! He did, and checked all the other duct connections as well. The ducts are back working like new!! And I'm a very happy customer.
