Jared Grier

Owner

Jared Grier is the owner of Cape Heating AC & Electric.  His HVAC industry experience began in 2005, and he has been the owner of our company since 2018, setting the course for our growth, innovation and ongoing customer satisfaction.

Jared shares his knowledge about the HVAC industry and energy efficiency to help the Cape community achieve its sustainability goals.  He’s been a resource for numerous articles about heat pumps in local publications, and he’s been a frequent speaker on the subject at conferences and community events.

In his spare time Jared enjoys boating and fishing, travel, scuba diving, and spending time with his awesome dogs, Josie and Liza.
