The Cape Cod Heat Pumps Difference
When it’s time to service or to replace your current heating/cooling equipment, it’s important to select the most qualified HVAC company to work with. First off, the expense of repairing or replacing your system makes it a serious investment, and you want to know your money is being invested wisely. Secondly, your heating, cooling and air quality make an important difference in your quality of life. After the technicians drive away, you’ll be living with their handiwork for years to come. The knowledge, skill and attention to detail provided by your HVAC partner can mean the difference between living in comfort for the next 15 – 20 years, or dealing with the frustration of a poorly executed job.
What makes Cape Cod Heat Pumps the right choice for your project?
1. We’re a full-service HVAC company, offering installation, maintenance and repair.
There are all kinds of HVAC service providers in the market. Many will install equipment, but don’t offer service when a repair is needed; others don’t offer preventive maintenance to keep your equipment running smoothly. Our goal is to provide the solutions you need at every stage of your system’s life. If we install it, we will be there to service it and maintain it. And even if we didn’t install it, we will be happy to repair and maintain most equipment.
2. We handle all the rebate paperwork.
Navigating the rebate process can be time-consuming and confusing. When you’ve never worked with Mass Save before, the terminology, required documentation and rebate deadlines can be daunting. We are part of the Mass Save Installer Network, so we work with the process on a daily basis, and we’re happy to tackle the rebate filing on your behalf. We’ll explain in layman’s terms what we need from you, and when your installation is complete, we’ll handle the rest. When you’ve invested in a new system with us, we think this extra service is the least we can do.
3. We register all warranties on your behalf.
We feel that registering your equipment with the manufacturer(s) is a service we should provide to make the whole buying process more of a pleasure for you, and and less of a hassle. We’re familiar with the warranty registration process for each manufacturer we work with, and it’s our pleasure to take this step off your plate.
4. We run a Manual J with every proposal we provide.
A Manual J calculation is a formula that determines the size of HVAC equipment needed to heat and cool a building. It’s a foundational step in the process of designing a residential HVAC system. A Manual J takes into account many factors, including: square footage, window and door sizes and types, insulation levels, ceiling height, and more. Many HVAC companies skip this step, or they wait until after the customer has accepted a proposal before they actually perform the calculations. We feel it’s important to take this step every time, for every proposal before we submit it to the customer.
5. Our highly skilled service department is rated #1 on the Cape.
Customers rave about our service techs, who are consistently praised in the google reviews posted by homeowners. Our experienced techs stay up to date on equipment changes and the latest tools and technology by continual training and certifications. Our service pricing is transparent, with fixed rates for diagnostic appointments, and written proposals for any additional work required so that customers know what needs to be done and what it will cost.

I had a Pioneer Mini Split installed a year ago that never worked since day one. 365 days later, no one could figure it out except Will at Cape Cod Heat Pumps. I was shocked at the easy fix and that no other company or the original contractor could figure it out! Every company I had look at it prior to Cape Cod Heat Pumps just wanted to install a new system at anywhere from $6500 to $8500. Cape Cod Heat Pumps got me up and running for well under $500. I am so grateful I took the chance and called them and highly recommend them and their knowledge! Thank you Cape Cod Heat Pumps!!
6. We’re a truly local company, owned and operated right here on the Cape.
