Responsibilities:

• Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver license and reliable transportation.
• 2+ years previous experience in HVAC
• Related licenses a plus (EPA, Sheet Metal, Refrigeration)
• Familiarity with forced air and ductless installation
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
• HVAC service ability a plus
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Compensation:

• $5,000* sign on bonus for 5+ years of experience
• $20 – $40 per hour depending on experience
