HVAC Service Technician (Marstons Mills, MA) *$5,000 Sign On Bonus*

Responsibilities:

• Ability to maintain, troubleshoot and repair various HVAC systems with little to no technical supervision 
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
• Perform routine preventative service and maintenance
• Respond to emergency service and maintenance requests
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Ability to install as well as service HVAC systems

Qualifications:

• 5+ years previous experience in HVAC
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Compensation:

• $5,000 sign on bonus for 5+ years of experience
• $20 – $40 per hour depending on experience
